Payment

Credit cards, Paypal, money orders and checks are accepted. There is no sales tax in New Hampshire. If you prefer to talk to a real person instead of using the shopping cart, or want more information, call any time and we can take your credit card information over the phone. We destroy any credit card numbers as soon as the transaction goes through and only keep your shipping information. At this time, Paypal is the only payment choice online, but we will add credit cards online soon.

Shipping

Orders are shipped the next business day after receiving payment. Purchases will be sent via UPS, Priority Mail or USPS Ground, depending on the size and weight of your order. International shipments under four pounds will go First Class International. Larger packages will be sent UPS or Priority Mail depending on which is more economical. Multiple items will be combined in one box if practical to save costs. You may also pick up items at our workshop in Bennington, NH, if that is convenient. The shipping calculator doesn't add international shipping costs, so I will send a separate invoice for that. If I am able to ship at a more economical rate than the shipping calculator added, I will refund the excess to you.

Returns and Refunds

Every effort is made to photograph and describe each item so that an accurate representation is presented online. I never withhold any negative characteristics that I observe. If there are particular qualities not mentioned that are important to you, don't hesitate to write for more information or photos. We want our customers to be satisfied. However, if your purchase is not what you expected it to be and you wish to return it, please write to me first. A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item, or you may exchange it. Unused items may be returned within seven days. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.

We only share your contact information with our bulk email provider, not with any other vendor or person.
